§ 3-1. Preapplication procedures.

(a)

Previous to the filing of an application for approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider or his engineer may submit to the planning commission the plans and data as specified in section XIII, 13-1. This does not require formal application, fee or filing of plat. Informal discussions are encouraged.

(b)

Within 30 days the planning commission shall inform the subdivider that the plans and data as submitted or as modified, do or do not meet the objectives of these regulations. When the commission finds the plans and data do not meet the objectives of these regulations it shall express its reasons in writing and annotated on the plan.
