§ 5-3. Construction standards.

(a)

Alleys serving commercial and industrial lots shall be of concrete no less than eight inches thick and a minimum width of 12 feet.

(b)

Alleys serving residential lots shall be of concrete no less than six inches thick and a minimum of 12 feet.
