§ 12-2. Electrical and telephone service and street lighting.

(a)

Electrical and telephone facilities shall be located in servitudes at the front of the lots. Underground power and telephone facilities shall be placed on opposite sides of the servitude.

(b)

Street lights may be placed on either or both sides of the street right-of-way, or in the center of the median strip of a boulevard, as directed by the illumination design.
