§ 10-70. Same—Where filed; remittance to accompany; filing date for renewal.

(a)

All applicants for permits for new businesses shall be filed with the mayor and shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or money order in the proper amount payable to the mayor of the city.

(b)

All applications for renewal of a license and permit shall be filed with the mayor's office on or before November 1 each year, and the remittance must accompany the application.
