§ 42-31. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Louisiana has in statute L.R.S. 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the mayor and board of aldermen of the City of Rayne, Louisiana, does ordain as follows:
