§ 46-121. Prohibited generally.

It shall be unlawful for any property owner to allow the accumulation of any noxious weeds, grass over 12 inches tall, or other deleterious, unhealthy or noxious growths or accumulations on any sidewalks or banquettes abutting on any lot, place or area owned by such property owner, or on any lot, place or area owned by such property owner within the city.
