§ 58-12. Halloween; trick or treating.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons who have reached their 13th birthday to trick or treat on Halloween night.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for persons 12 years of age and under engaged in trick or treating on Halloween night to do so before 5:30 p.m. or after 7:30 p.m.
