§ 58-9. Disturbing the peace or disorderly conduct deemed misdemeanors.

Whoever commits disturbing the peace or disorderly conduct as defined in sections 58-7 and 58-8 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100.00 or imprisoned
for not more than 60 days, or both.
