§ 74-127. U-turns.

It shall be unlawful for any person driving a vehicle to turn around or reverse the direction of travel, otherwise known as making a U-turn, except at street intersections. It shall be unlawful to turn around or reverse the direction of travel or make a U-turn at street intersections where and when the traffic is being controlled by automatic signal lights.
