§ 74-156. Parking spaces for handicapped.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to park in a parking space for the handicapped who does not have a license plate or parking card for the handicapped.

(b)

Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be fined $275.00 and may be required to pay the towing fee and any storage costs which are incurred.
