By virtue of the authority conferred by article XIV, section 14 of the state constitution
for the year 1921, as amended, R.S. 33:3911 et seq., and other constitutional and
statutory authority supplemental thereto, the boundaries of Sewerage District No.
1 of the city, heretofore created by appropriate ordinance, are hereby enlarged so
that such sewerage district shall hereafter comprise and embrace all of that territory
within the corporate limits of the city, and the boundaries of such sewerage district
shall be co-extensive with the boundaries of the city as such boundaries are presently
constituted.
