§ 3-3. Consultation with other regulatory agencies.

(a)

The subdivider shall consult with the designated engineering review agency, the parish health unit, and all utility companies involved, to determine the standards and specifications (not covered by this ordinance) that shall govern the proposed improvements. No construction work may proceed until these agencies have given written approval of the plans.

(b)

If no construction work is commenced within six months, the designated engineering review agency and the parish health unit may cancel their approval.
